Primo Village is a three-story detached house, with each floor and space thoughtfully designed to hold special meaning. It features an indoor garage for direct house access, an alpha room perfect for hobbies or a reception area, a laundry room for washing, drying, and storage, an exterior storage unit, and a small half-bathroom for guests.

The entrance features a German GEALAN system front door, ensuring perfect insulation, soundproofing, and airtightness. We've also prioritized security with a non-duplicable key.

The alpha room can serve as a hobby room or guest reception area. It's also perfect for a private study, or for enjoying exercise or meditation. We've included a sunroom, featuring a 2400mm x 2000mm window that allows outdoor access and fills the space with sunlight.

You'll find a bench and coat rack to your right as you enter the entryway. This setup lets you immediately hang your outer garments in the entryway right after coming home.

To the left of the entrance, the laundry room features abundant storage space. A long, 11-shaped countertop made of high-quality marble has been installed to accommodate an ironing board and other items. The pure white and ivory tones create a clean and fresh feel in the laundry area.

We've included a laundry sink in the layout, carefully considering the workflow so you can handwash items and immediately transfer them to the washing machine.

This is the second floor, our main living space. The second floor features the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, along with a guest room and guest bathroom positioned away from the family areas.

Here's a look at the second floor, the primary living area. On this level, you'll find the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, as well as a secluded guest room and guest bathroom, set apart from the main family spaces.

This is the accent wall in the living room, as seen from the main seating area. We've highlighted it with 600x1200 high-quality Bianco Carrara tiles. A 65-inch TV is included as an option, but because the wall is so expansive and striking, the TV might not appear as large. In person, however, you'll see it boasts a considerable size.

This is the living room viewed from the dining area. We've installed German Gealan direct-import system windows, providing insulation, soundproofing, and airtightness that are incomparable to domestic windows. Since all materials were sourced from top-tier imports, you'll be truly surprised when you see it in person.

We're proud to say our living room is the largest among nearby rental homes. The kitchen, designed with American-style dimensions, features cabinetry meticulously fitted on every wall. For these cabinets, we've exclusively used German Häfele hardware, a luxury brand renowned for a less than 1% failure rate over 10 years. All kitchen appliances are from German AEG, making them easy for Americans to use, as domestic electronics often have Korean controls which can be inconvenient. The two-toned kitchen cabinetry exudes a grand yet modern and simple aesthetic.

Though not clearly pictured, this area includes a pantry, a large German oven, and a Samsung microwave-oven combination.

The kitchen features high-end gray tiles and a large range hood that perfectly complement the overall interior design. The German cooktop is remarkably large.

Here's a look at the entire kitchen on a bright day. We've equipped every area of the house with Samsung's 2018 Wind-Free air conditioners, integrated during the initial structural build.

Here's the private guest room on the second floor.

You'll find built-in wardrobes featuring gallery doors. All furniture throughout Primo Village is hand-finished, and consistent with our commitment to quality, the built-in wardrobes also utilize Häfele hardware.

Adjacent to the guest room is this bathroom. Guests can reach it via the anteroom, ensuring privacy from family members in the main living or dining spaces. It features a spacious bathtub for comfortable relaxation.

Consistent with the overall design, the three-fold sliding door opening into the living room features a complementary gray finish.

The third floor offers complete privacy, comprising a master bedroom suite (including bathroom and dressing room) and a children's bedroom suite (with its own bathroom and dressing room). The master and children's bedrooms are thoughtfully separated by an anteroom, a design choice that aligns with the American preference for independent living within a family.

The master bedroom is spacious enough for an American king-size bed with plenty of room to spare. It features three strategically placed accent windows, creating an open and airy feel that prevents any sense of confinement.

We've designed the master bathroom with separate sinks, allowing couples to have their own space. The vanity height is built to American standard specifications, and both the wall and floor tiles are premium porcelain, ensuring both high quality and an excellent ambiance.

All bathrooms in Primo Village are designed as American-style "dry bathrooms," with the shower booth being the only "wet" area. The master bathroom is so spacious it's hard to capture in a typical camera shot. We've even placed windows next to the large bathtub, giving you the distinct feeling of enjoying a luxurious bath at a resort.

This is the children's bedroom. It was designed and built to be as large as the master bedroom in most Korean apartments. Guests often mistake the children's bedroom for the master bedroom when they visit.

This is the children's bathroom. Unlike other furniture, the vanity height in the children's bathroom was designed and installed at 850mm, ensuring it's perfectly comfortable for young children. We've also included a large bathtub, spacious enough for two children to play in without feeling cramped.

Primo Village, an authentic North American timber-frame house, is being constructed in a pure North American style, bringing in a master builder and their team directly from Canada. Over 90% of the building materials used are imported from Europe, the U.S., and Canada. Primo Village is setting a new paradigm in the Pyeongtaek and Asan rental house market as a premium gatehouse. Notably, Primo Village is a rental house exclusively for American civilians, not for the U.S. military.
